DESCRIPTION
The art of visual journaling uses drawing, collage, mixed media, and writing to express creative thoughts and ideas. Working in sketchbooks, students will journey through a series of exercises to spark moods, visions, interpretations, and artistic techniques.

Breathe new life into an unwanted books by transforming them into extraordinary works of art. Using various embellishing techniques of mixed media including paint, stamp pads, paper folding, ribbon, twine, and fabric, we will create windows, doorways, various pockets, and tabs to create highly personalized and altered books. No experience is required
